Payment Methods and Delivery Information

Payment Methods Available

Payment can be done via bank/internet fund transfers by Maybank / Public Bank /POSB/ Paypal. The bank account number will be provided by confirmation email.

  

The payment can be done through POSB for those Singapore purchasers with the currency rate RM2.30/SD.

For payment by PayPal, recipient will receive a money request email in RM currency with a link that will lead you to the PayPal login page. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal even if you don’t have the PayPal account or sign up for an account

Additional Charges for Paypal *

Please note that payment by Paypal was subject to additional 4%  cross-border transactions fee to the total amount of items purchased.  Additional charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot bear responsibility.

*Excluded for Malaysia buyer with Ringgit transfer.

Your order will be processed once payment has cleared. 

Delivery Information

Please aware that delivery can only be made once full payment has been received.

All orders will be processed during work days.  Therefore any orders made over the weekend will be processed from Monday morning.

FREE delivery within Malaysia with local express delivery. The normal delivery time by signed courier delivery is 2 to 4 days depend on location.

We will update customers’ order status after the orders dispatched, A shipping notice will be sent to customer as well.

We will send you with a Courier Tracking Reference. This will allow you to track the package/s using the trace system

International Orders

For all other countries, please email for a quote and we will be happy to accommodate your request(s).

To the rest of the world, we use Malaysia Post for reg. Airmail service. Customers could able to check parcels postage rate on postage service website of the destination countries. 

Just fill in the destination particular with approx weight of 250gm for quantity of 1 set or 450gm for gift box set.

All parcels could be tracked on Track & Trace before they leave Malaysia, The delivery time is about 1-2 weeks, and could be delayed in some circumstances. When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We prefer to ship to a work or business address. Do not put your home address as the shipping address if you will not be home.

All our orders are dispatched in discreet, unbranded packaging without mention with goods description.

So there is no way for nosey neighbours or colleagues to identify Astelier Secret as the sender of your parcel. That means you can be confident when ordering and choose a delivery address that is convenient for you, it will be kept a secret!

If overseas a customs certificate maybe required, in which case the contents will be described as "clothing".
